As Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on Monday recommended a National Investigation Agency (NIA) probe against Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly receiving political investment from banned terror outfit ‘Sikhs for Justice’ (SFJ), which the birthday party has vehemently denied, top government sources stated the allegations are “extreme and want to be substantiated”.
AAP leader and Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj termed it “some other large conspiracy towards Kejriwal on the behest of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)”. “The saffron camp is in panic due to fear of defeat. They will lose all seven seats inside the country-wide capital within the Lok Sabha elections.”
“The Sikhs for Justice made critical allegations against Kejriwal in March. The allegations came from a terrorist. We want to verify the costs, as these are very serious allegations against a sitting Chief Minister.
