The Board of Control for Cricket in India issued a warning to Virat Kohli after he shared his Yo-Yo Test result on social media, advising him to refrain from sharing private information online. Virat’s behaviour, which violated the rules and regulations, didn’t sit well with the leaders of the top body.
The Indian Express reports that the players attending the Bangalore training camp have been instructed to adhere to the rules.
“The relief of completing the dreadful cones test with a yo-yo. 17.2 don.,” Kohli had earlier on Thursday tweeted on Instagram.
The board members, however, did not appreciate the post.
The players have been warned not to post private information on social networking sites. Although it is against their contract terms, they are permitted to upload photos of their workouts, a BCCI official acknowledged.
In order to get ready for the forthcoming Asia Cup 2023, the Men in Blue are in Bengaluru.
