In the ninth season (PKL 2022) of the Pro Kabaddi League, a total of 14 matches were played last week (27 October – 2 November) and the Pune leg also started. # Narender (Tamil Thalaivas) – 51 raid points
Narender of Tamil Thalaivas has performed brilliantly for his team in the absence of Pawan Sehrawat. Last week he stunned everyone with a total of 51 points in three matches, which included three Super 10s. Narender took 13 raid points in the team’s 38-27 win against Jaipur Pink Panthers. Tamil Thalaivas registered an astonishing 49-39 win against Dabang Delhi, in which Narender showed a tremendous performance with 23 raid points. In Tamil Thalaivas’ 41-41 tie against Bengal Warriors, Narender took 15 raid points and completed a unique half-century in a week.
# Bharat (Bengaluru Bulls) – 40 raid points
Bharat of Bangalore Bulls has been doing very well in the current season and last week he took 40 raid points in three matches with the help of three Super 10s. In Bengaluru Bulls’ 47-43 win against Dabang Delhi, Bharat put up a tremendous performance with 20 raid points. Bharat took 10 points in the team’s 37-31 win against Jaipur Pink Panthers and 10 points in the team’s 29-27 close defeat against Haryana Steelers.
# Ashu Malik (Dabang Delhi) – 37 raid points
Dabang Delhi’s key player Ashu Malik impressed with his performance last week. He took 37 points in three matches with the help of two Super 10s. However, Dabang Delhi had to face defeat in all three last week. Ashu took 15 points in a 47-43 loss against Bengaluru Bulls, 14 points in a 49-39 loss against Tamil Thalaivas and 8 raid points in a 43-38 loss against Puneri Paltan.
# Naveen (Dabang Delhi) – 35 raid points
Dabang Delhi captain Naveen took 35 raid points in three matches last week with the help of two Super 10s. Naveen took 16 raid points against Bengaluru Bulls and 14 raid points against Puneri Paltan, but due to an injury against Tamil Thalaivas, he could only take 5 raid points and this was the main reason for his team’s one-sided defeat.
